2. Content You May Generate

KnottyAI allows the creation of adult-themed imagery using AI. You are permitted to use the generator for personal, artistic, or fantasy use — within the boundaries of these terms.

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not use this platform to generate or attempt to generate any of the following:

• Content involving minors or anyone under 18 — real or fictional.
• Any form of child exploitation, lolicon, shotacon, or underage scenarios.
• Non-consensual acts, rape, abuse, or extreme violence.
• Scat, urine/watersports, murder, necrophilia, or other illegal fetishes.
• Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate bans, removal of content, and legal reporting where appropriate.

4. Blocked Phrases & Moderation

We maintain a filter of banned and blocked keywords. Attempts to bypass these filters (e.g. using alternate spelling, special characters, or encoding) will be logged. If a banned keyword is triggered, your prompt and username may be recorded for moderation purposes.

5. Logging & Abuse Prevention

To maintain a safe environment:

• Your username, prompt, triggered keyword, IP address, and device info may be recorded if TOS is violated.
• We also log hardware information to detect duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
• Repeat violations will result in permanent bans without refund.

6. Copyright & Sharing

Images you generate with KnottyAI are yours to keep and share freely. However, please note:

• KnottyAI does not claim ownership of your generated content.
• We may store prompts and outputs only for moderation purposes.
• You may share images publicly unless they violate these terms.

7. Fair Use & Account Limits

Creating multiple free accounts to bypass payment, cooldowns, or limits is prohibited. We may track usage patterns and device info to enforce fair usage policies.

8. Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds will only be granted in cases of accidental duplicate billing or service failure. Abuse, bans, or policy violations are not grounds for refund.

9. Platform Rights

KnottyAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate service at any time, with or without notice. We may remove any content or user account that violates these terms.
